If the customer does not accept these terms, the customer must not use trousersfwcq.com or place an order.
Orders and Contract Formation
An order placed through trousersfwcq.com is an offer to purchase womenswear from Mei Wai Limited. Mei Wai Limited accepts the order when Mei Wai Limited sends an order confirmation to the customer. The contract is formed at that moment. The customer must provide accurate personal details, delivery address, and payment information. Mei Wai Limited reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before acceptance.
Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on trousersfwcq.com are stated in the currency shown at checkout. The customer must pay the full order amount at checkout using an accepted payment method. Mei Wai Limited will process payment before dispatch. The customer is responsible for bank fees, currency conversion charges, and taxes imposed by the customer’s jurisdiction. Shipping and Risk
Mei Wai Limited will arrange delivery to the address provided by the customer. Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the order is delivered to that address. The customer must provide the order number and delivery details in all correspondence.
14 days No-Reason Refund Policy
Mei Wai Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy for womenswear that meets the conditions in this section. The customer may request a refund for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. The customer must submit the refund request to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt. The request must include the order number and the item details. The customer must return the womenswear in its original condition, with original tags attached, unworn, unwashed, and free from stains, odors, and alterations. The customer must use a trackable return method. Mei Wai Limited will inspect the returned womenswear after receipt. If the returned womenswear does not meet these conditions, Mei Wai Limited will decline the refund and return the womenswear to the customer. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to damaged or defective goods.
Refund Processing and Timing
Refund processing by Mei Wai Limited and arrival of the refund in the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from the date Mei Wai Limited approves the refund. The customer must allow at least 14 days for the refund to appear in the customer’s account after approval. PayPal refunds take at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer must contact the payment provider for additional status information after the stated periods. Mei Wai Limited will send a refund confirmation to the customer’s email address when the refund is initiated.
Damaged or Defective Goods
The customer must submit any claim for damaged or defective womenswear within exactly 7 days of receipt. The claim must be sent to [email protected] within exactly 7 days of receipt. The claim must include the order number, a description of the damage or defect, and clear photographs of the womenswear and packaging. Mei Wai Limited will review the claim and determine the remedy. Claims submitted after exactly 7 days of receipt will be rejected. The customer must retain the damaged or defective womenswear and packaging until Mei Wai Limited completes the review.
Returns Procedure
The customer must contact [email protected] before returning any womenswear. Mei Wai Limited will provide return instructions after the customer submits a request that meets the conditions in the 14 days No-Reason Refund Policy section. The customer must ship the return to the address provided by Mei Wai Limited. The customer must include the order number inside the return package. The customer must retain the tracking number and proof of postage. Mei Wai Limited is not responsible for returns lost in transit. The customer must ensure the return package reaches Mei Wai Limited within 14 days of the return authorization date. If the return package arrives after 14 days, Mei Wai Limited may reject the refund.
Customer Obligations
The customer must use trousersfwcq.com lawfully. The customer must not submit false information, misuse customer service channels, or attempt to obtain refunds for womenswear that the customer did not purchase. The customer must not resell womenswear purchased from Mei Wai Limited as new without written authorization. The customer must keep account credentials secure. The customer is responsible for all activity under the customer’s account.
Limitation of Liability
Mei Wai Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of trousersfwcq.com or the purchase of womenswear. The total liability of Mei Wai Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under Hong Kong law.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by Hong Kong law. The courts of Hong Kong have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from the use of trousersfwcq.com.
